Monitoring

About
Monitoring is the routine collection of qualitative and quantitative information during program implementation about progress and performance. Quality monitoring processes can identify where service delivery improvements can be made and whether a program or package is tracking well towards its recovery and resilience objectives.
Reporting
Throughout package delivery, delivering agencies are required to provide monthly progress reports to QRA, with information including:
- costs (expenditure, estimate final cost, variances)
- progress (activity status, milestones, expected completion)
- key program performance information, including:
- strengths (what’s working well)
- opportunities (what can be improved)
- barriers (issues affecting implementation/achievement of outcomes)
- evidence of package outcomes (such as case studies, community feedback and other reporting as it becomes available).
