All complaints will be handled with the strictest of confidence and in line with the Human Rights Act 2019.

Any communication or complaints will be handled in the strictest of confidence in accordance with our Privacy StatementPrivacy PlanInformation Privacy Complaints Procedure and Complaints Management Policy. We will only use the information collected to resolve your complaint. Your personal information will be managed in accordance with the Information Privacy Principles within the Information Privacy Act 2009.
