Section 78A of the Right to Information Act 2009 sets out the requirement for agencies to publish a disclosure log of information released under right to information. The disclosure log will be updated as information is released under the RTI process.

Documents recording, documenting or directly or indirectly relating to any conversation or communications between representatives of the Queensland Reconstruction Authority and/or any representative of the Tavern which occurred between 10 January 2011 and 4 February 2011 about payment of costs associated with operating the Murphy’s Creek Tavern (Tavern) as an Evacuation Centre, Recovery Centre or Forensic Compound.

Documents recording, documenting or directly or indirectly relating to any conversation or communication between representatives of the Department of Communities which occurred prior to 2 February 2012 regarding the provision of verbal confirmation by the Authority that the Department should pay rent for the Tavern.
