Exceptional Disaster Assistance Recovery Grants for Small Businesses and Not for Profits 2025-26 North Queensland Monsoon Trough

About

Exceptional Disaster Assistance Recovery Grants of up to $50,000 are available for affected small businesses and not-for-profits following the Queensland Monsoon Trough, Cyclone Koji, Cyclone Narelle and Severe Weather, commencing 24 December 2025, to support cleanup and repair/restoration of damaged assets, including damage to equipment, flooring and walls in premises and undertaking immediate recovery-related activities.​​​​​​​

Eligibility

Grants are available only to eligible local businesses and not for profits located within a local government area activated for the Exceptional Disaster Assistance Recovery Grants for Small Business. Refer to the activation summary for further information.
