Betterment Fund - 2025 North and Far North Tropical Low

About

$205 million to build a more resilient Bruce Highway and other key state-owned connection roads and assets, allowing them to be built back to a more resilient standard following the North and Far North Tropical Low, 29 January - 28 February 2025 event.

Eligibility

This Betterment Fund is a closed round, with funding allocated to priority event damaged State assets.

Funding acknowledgement

This Betterment Fund is jointly funded by the Australian and Queensland Governments through the Australian Government’s Infrastructure Investment program and under Category D of the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements 2018 (DRFA) to support Queensland communities in their recovery from the North and Far North Tropical Low, 29 January - 28 February 2025 event.
