The $14.61 million Community Health and Wellbeing funding aims to support individuals, families and community groups by providing personal assistance, community development, emotional wellbeing support and aiding local organisations, social services and councils in disaster preparedness following the Western Queensland Surface Trough and Associated Rainfall and Flooding, 21 March - 19 May 2025 event.

This program targets Local Government Areas (LGAs) activated for Personal Hardship Assistance Scheme (PHAS) which experienced loss and severe damage of properties due to the Western Queensland Surface Trough and Associated Rainfall and Flooding, 21 March - 19 May 2025 event.
